Garden of love

The story of the creation of the album Garden of Love is already a legend, a memory, a dream of love, joy and youth. Garden of Love is a project founded by Krzysia Górniak and vocalist Szymon Pejski, which took its name from one of the songs we can hear on the album…. They met by chance, and it happened in 2007 in the already legendary Warsaw music club Diuna Club. It was a beautiful evening, fragrant lilacs were blooming, and the atmosphere of a fully breathing spring reigned around… Music was playing, intrigued by the sounds, he entered the club… He – young, handsome, full of expectations and artistic challenges, She – attracting with the cozy sound of the guitar and a carefree smile focused his discreet gaze on herself. That evening, they talked all night about musical journeys, raptures, joys, longings. It quickly turned out that they shared a common sensitivity and feeling the beauty of the real world and the world of musical imagination. They similarly missed beautiful sunsets and good times that passed irrevocably. They didn’t know it that night, but the Garden of Love was already created, a garden where not only inspired artists visit, but anyone can be there. Certainly, anyone who immerses themselves in the Garden of Love, carried away by beautiful music and a velvety voice, will feel a dreamlike atmosphere that allows them to break away from the worries of everyday life. The text layer in this delicious, musical cake is a story about great feelings, about returns after separations and longing for emotions that we all know. It is a story about beautiful Love and its destructive forces, which we struggle with and try to tame like the passing of time with the help of photography. Garden of Love is a journey, an eternal summer, a romantic picture painted with beautiful sounds and poetic lyrics, a touch of youth and beautiful scents, the sweetest tastes of our desires….
